My Frenchie Story
While visiting a friend a few years ago, I met a Frenchie for the first time. It was love at first site for my Daughter and me. We both found that we could not stop talking about how much we loved the breed. I knew from that day on that this breed had to be a part of my life. Right away we went searching for our little companions. My Daughter found a girl online and knew right away that she would be hers. She had found her Best Friend in her dog (Buffy), so now it was my turn. While searching for my companions, I came across the Blue French bulldog. I was amazed by the beautiful and rare color of the blue Frenchies. While doing future research, I realized that this color was not preferred in the U.S. by show breeders. This is because the color is created by a diluted gene. Thankfully, this unique color is becoming more and more popular in recent years. The growing popularity has helped prevent the color from becoming extinct. I, too, found the color to be too beautiful to resist and I had to have one. I then took on the task to search the world to find the best quality Blue & chocolates and double factor French Bulldogs. I made sure I found excellent quality with a wonderful champion filled pedigree. This was a very difficult task to do since the Blue & chocolates Frenchies are unable to be shown. However, though AKC Blue French Bulldogs are allowed to be registered under BLUE. The breeding I chose for my Blues & chocolates was so stunning that I had to show them off. It was difficult coming to the realization that I would not be able to show my blue French Bulldog in the ring. Instead, I decided to show them to the world through my website. I hope you enjoy…
